Solution Follow these steps to solve this issue:

1. Turn on the unit.
2. Open the disc tray and leave it in open position.
3. Press the MENU button on the remote until RESET is displayed on the bottom of the screen.
4. Enter the numbers 96530 with the remote, then press ENTER.
5. Press the MENU button on the remote until ROTATE is displayed on the bottom of the screen.
6. Use the (CH+) or (CH –) buttons on the remote to rotate the image.
