Call Center Representative

Duties and Responsibilities:
-Analyze and clarify customer queries though troubleshooting and researching existing knowledgebase articles/known issues.
-Provide feedback to management regarding client concerns, issues etc. to ensure continuous improvement in products, functionality, sales and service.
-Ensure accuracy and consistency of information provided to clients with regard to technical issues.
-Document and record all activity and communication with customers over telephone and email according to departmental standards of quality.

Skills Required:
-Strong technical and analytical skills.
-Proven ability to function in a self-directed environment.
-Must excel in a fast-paced, agile environment where critical thinking and strong problem solving skills are required for success.

Executive Assistant/ Operations

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Performs a wide variety of executive secretarial and administrative duties as required by daily operations in the office.
  • Performs variety of Human Resource duties, including placing ads in the appropriate media and conducting phone interviews to screen potential new hires, distributing benefit information.
  • Receives and screens communications, including telephone and email messages, and provides assistance using independent judgment to determine those that require priority attention.
  • Plans and supports development and communication of information to keep appropriate customers/employees informed of organizations needs.
  • Handles multiple areas of confidential business information and disseminates information as needed.
  • Maintains appointment schedules/calendars and arranges meetings and conferences as needed.
  • Researches and orders supplies as needed. Maintain Operations supply inventory.
  • Maintain all purchase orders for Account Payables
  • Liaison for department managers and vendors
  • Provides follow up assignments given to management staff and provides status reports.
  • Plans, coordinates, and implements office activities, special events, and special projects.

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred

  • Highly organized, following policies and procedures and completing administrative tasks correctly and on time.
  • Knowledge and experience with MS suite.

Jr. Sales Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Source and close new business to regularly meet and exceed sales goals
  • Build an intimate understanding of Company’s products and their place in the industry
  • Make cold calls to potential clients
  • Prospect and develop revenue within the markets
  • Develop and execute sales strategy in dynamic small team environment
  • Perform limited account management duties when necessary
  • Perform project management duties including: program tracking, timeline development and management, budget management and reconciliation, post-promotional analyses, and internal and external reporting
  • Develop effective internal relationships to facilitate communication and execution with internal departments to ensure that client deliverables are successfully achieved
