Waterproof, portable powerhouse is ready for any event in any weather
Oxnard, CA (10.29.12) – With football season in full swing, true fans don’t just sit on the couch in front of the TV. They celebrate the season as much as the game with tailgating parties, pick-up games and outdoor gatherings. So in addition to dragging out the big screen TV, they bring out big sound, and that’s exactly what Boss Audio Systems’ ATV20 supplies.
Designed specifically for the outdoors, the ATV20 is perfect for bringing big sound to any event, whether on the water, at a party or in the stadium parking lot. The fully enclosed design has everything a user needs to plug and go: two weatherproof 6.5-inch bass/mid drivers with Poly injection cones, a pair of top-firing 1.5-inch soft-dome tweeters and an internal, powerful 450-watt stereo amplifier—all tightly enclosed in a fully marinized, element-proof plastic enclosure that protects as well as optimally tunes the low-frequency audio.
Connections for the ATV20 make it one of the most versatile systems available: Plug the 3.5mm audio jack into the headphone output of any portable media player or source unit and push the cigarette lighter plug into the car’s receptacle, and users have an instant soundstage. The package even features a case to hold a portable media player. For more permanent installations, a separate, hard-wired 12-volt receptacle, canvas tie-down straps and wire ties are included.
“We know that most people think about our ATV20 speakers in the summer, but they are almost as popular for tailgating as they are for boating,” said Doug Kern, executive director of sales and marketing for Boss Audio Systems. “We built these speakers to ensure that our customers can enjoy Boss Audio quality wherever they take their portable music.”
The ATV20 comes with a one-year warranty. For more information, visit bossaudio.com, or find BossInternationalGroup on Facebook.
